AC Clinton

Anita (AC) Clinton attended the University of Illinois on a full basketball scholarship. At the conclusion of her sophomore year, she was privileged to win a bronze metal with the William Jones Cup USA Women’s Basketball team in Taipei, Taiwan. After college, she entered corporate America for ten years. There she acquired strong communication, problem solving and superior customer relations skills.

AC is a licensed Mortgage Banker with Chicago Bancorp, which specializes in residential mortgages. In addition, she has ventured into commercial financing with Financing Broker Commercial Funding.  Overall, AC has been in the mortgage industry for seven years and started investing in real estate shortly thereafter. In her quest to become an “expert” in the real estate field, she served as the editor-in-chief of a Invest With Passion, a real estate investment magazine for five years. She currently writes for various online real estate publications and facilitates seminars and training sessions throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Her profound knowledge of the real estate industry, in-depth understanding of credit, and personal and professional experience affords her the ability to help home buyers and investors make educated and informed real estate decisions.

AC is an advocate for ownership and believes that real estate is an excellent vehicle for creating generational wealth. She considers herself to be a visionary and is positioning herself to leave an abundance of wealth to the next generation


Stewart HStewart Hoban has over 20 years of experience in the lending industry.  He has helped many to accomplish their financial goals nationwide.  He believes his clients are very important and that they should always be given exceptional service.  With his expertise and his passion for the lending industry, he will strive to make all financial goals come to fruition at FBC Funding.



Alisa BaltermanAlisa has had a variety of experience through the years including marketing, graphic design, computer programming, and VP of a company owned by Control Data. However, her most influential experience and backgrounds comes from her years in banking. Alisa has had many successful years in the business development arena. Having a great deal of experience in lending allows Alisa to be aware and creative in solving business financing needs.     I am a newbie investor from Dallas Metro. I have a seller who is willing to carry $ 100,000 2nd mortgage on a property listed for $ 475,000. I would like to use that as down payment and pay any shortfall on 25% down payment out of my pocket. However my real estate agent tells me that it is not possible to get a mortgage with this financing structure. It will be a great help if you let me know of brokers or lenders in Dallas metro area who can help to get a loan with this financing structure.
